POSITION SUMMARY

RGM is a key priority within the Global Transformation Journey of Pernod Ricard.

The Head of Global Revenue Growth Excellence is responsible for developing and implementing a global maturity roadmap to maximize revenue growth globally.

This position is also critical to accelerate digital transformation of RGM, leading the deployment roadmap and implementation of World Class RGM Tools & Key Digital Program such as Vista Rev-up in market companies with

the support of multi-functional teams in HQ.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Global RGM Maturity Roadmap with G18 Markets
  • As part of Commercial Excellence pillars, lead RGM maturity topics from diagnosis to deployment across G18 markets
  • Follow-up plans of G18 making sure they receive right level of support from HQ RGM Teams and implement right governance, tools and processes
  • Instill the right mind-set in Market COs with tools and experts to ensure long-term adoption.


Lead design development and deployment roadmap, implementation and adoption of Digital Program Vista Rev-up and Other Tools of the Group on RGM ( CUBE, Radar, TPM, etc)
  • Design and align on business needs, structure and roadmap of each tool and follow-up deployment with Tech Team
  • Build the roadmap of deployment and resource allocation process.
  • Get aligned with Market Co on deployment roadmap and strategic fit of digital tools with markets' needs.
  • Lead the coordination of the work with HQ Data Analyst-Scientists, Deployment Teams (GDA) and Tech by instilling a sense of belonging and team spirit to Rev-up Eco-system.
  • Share and promote success and wins (Learnings, tool enhancements, financial impacts...) with key Pernod Ricard stakeholders.
  • Facilitate RGM Best Practices Sessions on Star Voice Community Communication Channel
  • Organize regular formal communication with markets to make sure adoption is achieved and sustained


Gross to Net Pricing - Sales Reductions Taxonomy support for SAP and Trade Terms Optimization
  • Work closely with SAP O2C,Tech and Finance teams to co-design the next steps in implementing the transition of pricing articulation change in tools and processes
  • Work with G18 to prioritize trade terms optimization and implementation
  • Work on internal tools and global tools transitions to new sales reduction taxonomy
  • Drive reflection on Trade Promotion Management Tool in collaboration with O2C teams.


Ad-hoc Business Support:

  • Support G18 markets on RGM topics if necessary
  • Support Markets on Local RGM Projects (for instance Trade Terms Optimization)


Team Leadership through Direct and indirect Management
  • Lead RGM Team in harmony to deploy global RGM strategy.
  • Lead cross functional Vista Rev-up team of ~30 people to make sure tools are deployed meeting business needs.
  • Influence and indirectly lead Pernod Ricard RGM Community to elevate know-how and maturity globally.


Key Competencies

Experience & background:

Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial leadership, finance leadership, strategy/ RGM leadership roles
  • Strong influencing skills, both internal and external, to develop positive working relationships and ability to lead a high performing team in matrix structure.
  • Agile, motivated, and autonomous leader, who continuously adapts to changes.
  • Ability to lead in a high-paced environment, respecting deadlines, and conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to lead and make decisions on complex and/or technical issues to drive corrective actions and results.
  • Results driven, with proven attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving; challenger of the status quo.

  • Master's degree in business, Management
