Pernod Ricard is urgently looking for an Advocacy & Education Intern (ASAP) to support the Havana Club Global Advocacy & Education team.
This internship is strongly event-driven and offers hands-on exposure to global competitions, trade fairs, brand ambassador communities, and education activations.
Havana Club Cocktail Maestros Final:
Help coordinate and plan the Mojito Chain Challenge:
Support planification of a Drink with a Mentor (22 teams discussing with the 4 members of the Global Final)
Hand in hand with the Education Lead and Senior Brand Manager, coordinate the logistics of the event:
Global Ambassador Community:
Support the GBA in the animation of the Havana Club Brand Ambassadors community:
Trade fairs & shows:
POS Development:
Support Brand Education Manager in the development of key POS

Pernod Ricard is urgently looking for an Advocacy & Education Intern (ASAP) to support the Havana Club Global Advocacy & Education team.
This internship is strongly event-driven and offers hands-on exposure to global competitions, trade fairs, brand ambassador communities, and education activations.
Havana Club Cocktail Maestros Final:
- Organization of the Havana Club Cocktail Maestros #2 Global Final in Barcelona, September:
- Assist with day-to-day coordination between agencies, markets and bartenders
- Market coordination for individual POS kit distribution in summer 2026
- Assist with operational preparation (shipment of bottles, materials, briefings, logistics support)
- Roll out of the pre-final engagement activities:
Help coordinate and plan the Mojito Chain Challenge:
- Support Havana Club Digital team in developing the voting page on the Havana Club website
- Coordinate with HCI digital team for social media amplification
Support planification of a Drink with a Mentor (22 teams discussing with the 4 members of the Global Final)
- Organization of the Havana Club 7 launch event during the HCCM#2 week (exact format TBD):
Hand in hand with the Education Lead and Senior Brand Manager, coordinate the logistics of the event:
- Support team in the event brainstorming and conception
- Help coordinate the agencies in the event production (brief, feedback, material shipment in Spain etc.)
- Liaise with market for listing and invitation to event
Global Ambassador Community:
Support the GBA in the animation of the Havana Club Brand Ambassadors community:
- Gather regular feedback and reporting on the BAs local activity
- Prepare monthly call agenda
- Trend monitoring to imagine playful content to engage BA community
- TBC: Assist with logistics and planning for the future BA Summit (FY27)
- Assist in the shipping of POS seeding kit to markets
Trade fairs & shows:
- Support logistics and preparation for the Havana Club activation in Key Trade Fairs & shows: coordinate with production agency for set-up, bottles shipment, product sheet updates, POS delivery, masterclass coordination
- Help update Core Range Trade Fair guidelines toolkit
POS Development:
Support Brand Education Manager in the development of key POS
What we're looking for
- Student currently enrolled in Marketing, Communication, Events, Hospitality, or Business-related studies
- Strong interest in events, brand advocacy, spirits, and bartender culture
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple international stakeholders
- Fluent English required
- French is a plus
