Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Own the technical direction and architecture for the squad's scope, ensuring it aligns with company-wide engineering principles and system design
- Champion engineering good practices by writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality and tested code
Squad Enablement
- Work closely with Product Management to transform product requirements into well-architected technical solutions, proactively surfacing trade-offs that will support decision making
- Drive sprint execution by supporting the engineering team in successfully delivering their sprint goals
- Mentor other engineers to continuously grow their technical skills
- Be accountable for squad delivery
