What You Will Do
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Book product demo meetings for the Business Development team
- Research companies and decision-makers to personalize your outreach
- Follow up consistently to turn interest into scheduled meetings
- Qualify leads based on clear criteria before handing them over
- Keep your pipeline organized and track your performance daily
Who You Are
- You have experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in software, compliance, fintech, identity, or other regulated industries
- You understand how to sell complex or technical products to business customers
- You are comfortable reaching out to people who do not know you and starting conversations from scratch
- You communicate clearly and professionally in either English
- You are resilient and stay consistent even when facing rejection
- You are organized, disciplined, and focused on measurable results
- You take ownership of your targets and treat your pipeline like your own business
