The position
The Operations Unit is responsible for the operation and business administration of all EBA CLEARING payment services.

The position
The Operations Unit is responsible for the operation and business administration of all EBA CLEARING payment services.
As member of our Infrastructure and Development Team, you will:
- oversee daily payment processing and settlement
- support testing activities of new payment services
- coordinate technical and functional releases
- manage resilience testing activities
- monitor infrastructure and security
- represent the team in transversal projects
- assess risk and security levels of business processes
In this position based in Paris, Brussels or Frankfurt, you will report to the Team Leader of Infrastructure Management and Development.
The profile
Master's degree in finance, business administration, operations management or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in financial services, ideally with practical experience in the operation of payment infrastructures or in transaction banking environments
- Knowledge of financial messaging, protocols and related infrastructures and communication channels (e.g. ISO 20022, Swift, SIANet, EBICS)
- Change management experience
- Experience in managing business resilience and continuity processes
- Testing experience (i.e. APIs, payment systems)
- Work experience in Operations
- Proficiency in English. Any additional European language would be a real plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in shifts (daytime)
