The position
The Service Development and Management Unit is responsible for maintaining the EURO1, STEP2 and RT1 services in line with user needs and for developing new services. The team is located in EBA CLEARING's Paris and Brussels offices. The position can be filled in either one of these locations.
We are looking for a proactive, co-operative and communicative test coordinator to support the team in the delivery of STEP2 and RT1 releases.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Services Integration Team Leader and will closely work with other units for the execution of daily tasks.

We are looking for a proactive, co-operative and communicative test coordinator to support the team in the delivery of STEP2 and RT1 releases.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Services Integration Team Leader and will closely work with other units for the execution of daily tasks.
- contribute to release management process by tracking requirements and design test cases
- execution of release testing scripts and reporting on testing activities' status
- preparation of user acceptance testing and supporting end-user testing
- engagement with external providers and customers for testing activities
- support colleagues and customers with technical expertise and advice
- contribute to change management process by designing and analysing Services' enhancements
- contribute to the review of Systems' documentation
The profile
Requirements:
- an advanced and completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Economics
- knowledge of ISO20022 XML and JSON/REST architecture API.
- Knowledge of ISO29119 or ISTQB as well as scripting languages such as python and VBS
- 1-5 years of work experience as a software tester or a similar role
- a banking industry background and knowledge of SEPA, EPC, Target and European payment industry (banking systems and inter-bank transfers, financial services or system integrator)
- knowledge of XML editor tools, SFTP connection facilitators
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - any additional European language(s) would be an asset
- a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
