Cross-selling coordinator H/F
Description de la mission
Reporting to the Sales & Operations Performance Director, the cross selling coordinator is in charge of:
- driving and coordinating cross-selling initiatives across different GEODIS territories loB and Regions. The role aims to maximize revenue opportunities by identifying, promoting, and facilitating the sale of complementary logistics and trasnportation solutions to existing and prospective customers.
- Driving her/him self some opportunities in the network with an objective of Business development
- Animate the Tier 2 (Regional and LoB strategic accounts~200) Boost program to acheive + 10% revenue year on year
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales Performance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across all business lines.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential cross-selling and up-selling leads and monitor progress.
Coordinate with account managers to design and implement cross-selling strategies tailored to customer needs.
Support the preparation of cross-selling proposals and presentations for clients.
Track and report on cross-selling performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Organize and participate in training sessions to educate internal teams on cross-selling best practices and service offerings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all GEODIS products and services.
Work closely with the CRM and Sales Performance teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of cross-selling activities.
Profil du candidat
Experience in sales coordination, business development in transportation and logistics industry
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural and international environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Agile in CRM Salesforce is a must-have.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
