Description de la mission
As a Global Account Manager specializing in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) markets, with a particular emphasis on the Aerospace sector, you will leverage a deep understanding of the A&D customer landscape to drive strategic growth and deliver value-added solutions.
You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving end-to-end supply chain solutions with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric strategies.
This role requires strong knowledge of GEODIS' comprehensive offerings, including Contract Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and innovative supply chain solutions.
Sales and Business Acumen:
• Track record of driving business growth through targeted sales initiatives and cross-selling across GEODIS' service portfolio.
• Experience managing RFQs for complex and large-scale international logistics operations, ensuring optimal solutions and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and Management:
• Demonstrated experience leading multicultural, cross-functional project teams within the logistics or A&D sectors.
• Skilled in managing customer relationships at senior levels, focusing on strategic alignment and building long-term partnerships.
This role is critical to strengthening GEODIS' position in the Aerospace & Defense markets by delivering exceptional customer experiences, optimizing supply chain performance, and driving sustainable business growth.
Profil du candidat
Master Degrees (BAC+5) in Sales with minimum 10 years experiences on a similar position.
Aerospace & Defense Markets knowledge with a more specific focus to Aerospace domain
- Deep understanding of A&D customers landscape.
- Leadership and strong communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
- Resilient, empathetic, and committed to delivering excellence.
