We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to deliver an advanced training program that blends luxury hospitality service excellence with strategic event management. Equip professionals to design, personalize, and execute high-end guest and attendee experiences aligned with premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interactive modules on: (1) Defining Luxury & Guest Psychology, (2) Service Excellence & Personalization, (3) Leadership & Service Culture, (4) Brand Identity & Consistency, (5) Innovation & Future Trends.
- Teach VIP / VVIP protocols, anticipatory service, discreet recovery, and multi-touchpoint guest journey design.
- Integrate luxury standards into event planning: concept, sensory design, F&B alignment, execution, evaluation.
- Coach on hiring, grooming, empowerment, feedback, and performance for luxury service teams.
- Guide brand storytelling, experience consistency, and use of ethical data for personalization.
- Introduce sustainability, wellness, tech-with-human-touch, and experiential travel trends.
- Run simulations, case studies, and capstone project evaluations; provide developmental feedback.
- Update content to reflect emerging luxury traveler expectations and market shifts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality and/or high-end event operations (5-star, boutique, experiential, premium events).
- Proven delivery of VIP or bespoke guest/event experiences.
- Strong facilitation and adult learning skills.
- Expertise in service standards, personalization frameworks, service recovery, and brand translation.
- Familiarity with sustainability, wellness, and technology in luxury contexts.
- Proficiency with hospitality/event tools (PMS basics, CRM, event platforms).
- Excellent communication, discretion, and cultural intelligence.
Preferred
- Certifications: CMP, CSEP, CHE/CHSE, Forbes service training, ISO 20121 awareness, ServSafe/HACCP.
- International or multilingual exposure.
