We are currently seeking an in house CRA to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a IHCRA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical studies, ensuring that they are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies by facilitating effective study operations and enhancing participant engagement.

We are currently seeking an in house CRA to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a IHCRA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical studies, ensuring that they are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies by facilitating effective study operations and enhancing participant engagement.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for controlling the contract full details.
- Lead the contract negotiation, and manage site payments.
- Good experience with VeeVa Systems
- Knowledge of Ariba, Apex, RGPS and Grant Plan
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of clinical studies, including site management, participant recruitment, and data collection.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines throughout the study lifecycle.
- Providing training and support to site staff and investigators on study protocols and operational procedures.
Your Profile:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or healthcare administration.
- Extensive experience in clinical study coordination or clinical trial management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
