Hard skills Strategic sourcing • Contract negotiation • ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) • Spend analysis • Supplier relationship management

Education Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent
Experience Minimum 7-10 years in purchasing or procurement, ideally in an international or regulated environment
Languages Fluent English required • French or another European language is a plus

Your responsibilities
- Define and implement category purchasing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
- Identify and deliver savings opportunities while maintaining quality and supply security
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and R&D teams
- Manage and develop a small purchasing team
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to risk management and supply chain resilience initiatives
