AI is creating new opportunities to save time, improve execution quality, and accelerate workflows across the company. Our ambition is not to multiply tools or launch endless experiments, but to identify and scale the use cases that create real value for our teams.
To support this ambition, we are creating an IT & AI Adoption Specialist role within the IT team.
You will work at the intersection of IT, Operations, and Business teams to drive AI adoption across Pennylane, identify high-impact use cases, deploy the right solutions, and help teams integrate them into their day-to-day work.
The Role
Your mission is simple: help Pennylane employees get the most out of AI while ensuring its use remains secure, practical, and effective.
You will act as a facilitator, builder, and internal AI referent.

If you are based in France, you will have a French contract following French regulation on top of the additional perks : 6 to 12 RTT, 5 weeks PTOs, lunch credits (Swile), Alan Blue healthcare cover and regular events in cities where Pennylaners are mostly presents (Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes...)
We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.

You will work at the intersection of IT, Operations, and Business teams to drive AI adoption across Pennylane, identify high-impact use cases, deploy the right solutions, and help teams integrate them into their day-to-day work.
The Role

You will act as a facilitator, builder, and internal AI referent.
Drive Efficiency Through AI
- Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for AI-powered assistance and automation.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
- Run experiments and measure outcomes.
- Help successful proofs of concept evolve into sustainable operational workflows.
Deploy & Integrate AI Tools
- Evaluate emerging AI solutions and technologies.
- Support the configuration and deployment of approved tools.
- Work with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
- Rationalize the AI tool landscape to avoid duplication and unnecessary complexity.
Establish a Secure & Practical Framework
- Define and promote AI best practices across the company.
- Raise awareness around security, privacy, and responsible AI usage.
- Contribute to the implementation of a pragmatic AI governance framework.
- Help ensure compliant and responsible use of company data.
Build Pennylane's AI Culture
- Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and emerging best practices.
- Share learnings, success stories, and practical use cases with teams.
- Surface ideas and opportunities coming directly from employees.
- Help make AI a tangible productivity lever across the entire company.
You'll Probably Be a Great Fit If...
Experience
- You have experience in IT, Digital Workplace, Internal Tools, Systems Administration, Operations, or Technology Transformation.
- You have already contributed to the deployment or adoption of AI solutions within an organization.
- You have hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Dust, Notion AI, Make, Zapier, N8N, or similar platforms.
Mindset & Skills
- You enjoy understanding business challenges and turning ambiguous needs into practical solutions.
- You can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- You are curious, pragmatic, and impact-driven.
- You enjoy both building solutions and driving adoption.
- You are sensitive to security, privacy, and data governance topics.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, change management, or internal enablement programs is a strong plus.
Languages
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
