As our Country Manager for France, you'll be at the forefront of our market expansion, helping to manage our team in Genas & to grow Business in France with our digital sales processes

Your Responsibilities
  • Grow our Loxone Partner Network across France
  • Lead and support a high-performing local team
  • Manage our Loxone office in Genás
  • Drive the rollout and execution of the Loxone strategy to scale our business
  • Identify and develop key B2B opportunities in smart building automation
  • Ensure seamless implementation and support of partner projects
  • Act as the go-to expert for Loxone in the region, representing our solutions with impact
Your profile
  • Completed apprenticeship or degree (college/university) in the fields of electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management with Digital Sales processes
  • Experience in managing small high performing teams with digital processes
  • Persistence, high consulting competence, and communication skills
  • Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Limited willingness to travel, as most appointments take place virtually
  • Willingness to make a proper Onboarding in Austria
  • Fluently in French, English
