Your Mission
You will be working for one of our clients based in Paris, and your main tasks will be :
-Consultancy: helping our customers to structure their approach, making proposals and supporting groups and individuals on their journey towards agility;
-Trainer: to enrich, build and/or deliver our training catalogue, which is aimed at both operational teams and company leadership; Ability and experience to deliver one or more SAFe, PSM/PSPO, MGT 3.0 training courses, as well as any other subject related to agility and agility at scale that you can propose to enrich our Academy offering;
-Facilitator: creating the environment, structuring and moderating discussions to promote effective collaboration;
-Mentor: an appetite for sharing knowledge and the teaching skills to pass it on.
Your Profile
You are a graduate of a business/engineering school or equivalent with 5 years' higher education, specialising in IT or project/product management.
- You have at least 5 years' experience as an Agile Coach
-You have solid experience in supporting large-scale Agile transformations
-You are SAFe, Scrum or Kanban certified or have at least one recognised certification, SPC preferred, and are familiar with facilitation and coaching techniques.
-You have strong communication, leadership and change management skills
-You are familiar with different Lean-Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban, OSA, LeSS, Nexus, DAD, Devops, etc.), as well as different facilitation techniques (innovation games, liberating structure, etc.).
