The Opportunity
You will report to our Data team.
This team is made up of people with expertise in :
-Data Governance - Data Strategy
-Data Product
-Data Architecture
-Data tools on the market (Data Lineage, Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Viz, Data Prep, Data Mesh, etc.)
-Data methodologies applied to our customers' businesses
Your Responsibilities
You will be working with financial players such as banks, insurance companies and asset management companies on high added-value assignments.
Depending on your background, experience and expertise, you will be called upon to contribute your skills to teams involved in a variety of consultancy assignments: -
-Helping to define our customers' data strategy
-Implementing a data governance and data management approach
-Assistance with operational implementation in response to regulatory requirements (BCBS239, DORA, RGPD, RSE-CSRD, etc.)
-Support for data quality remediation programmes
-Assistance with the selection and implementation of data lifecycle tools (Data Dictionary, Data Lineage, MDM, BI and Analytics, Cloud, Workflow tools, etc.) and benchmarking of solutions
-Development of a data acculturation strategy
-Drawing up data trajectories and master plans to align data initiatives and projects with business strategy
-Running workshops, ideating, defining and promoting new data use cases
-Managing data transformation/innovation programmes
-Analysing data maturity, data quality and compliance audits
-AMonitoring changes in methods, practices and tools
Your Profile
With a BAC+5 degree, you are attracted by the consulting profession or you have a proven track record in consulting.
You will be working in the Data Office of a Business Line or at Group level, and you will have a good understanding of Data-related business issues.
You have more than 3 years' experience in the financial sector in Data-related areas.
You have knowledge of one or more Data Modeling, MDM, Data Catalog or Data Quality solutions.
In addition, you have the following skills:
-You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to combine a sense of analysis and synthesis with rigour and method.
-You have a good knowledge of the banking, asset management and/or insurance businesses
-You are dynamic, autonomous and responsible
-You are curious, a team player and a leader
-You enjoy taking the initiative and developing innovative solutions and approaches
-Mastery of project monitoring and management tools, methodologies and concepts is a plus
-Ideally, you will have some initial experience of project management and be acculturated to project management.
