VET-TRADE specializes in the sale of refurbished medical endoscopes. As part of our international expansion, we are recruiting a Territory Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Director, to accelerate growth across assigned territories.
You will operate in a dynamic and demanding environment requiring fast responsiveness, autonomy, and strong commercial commitment.

Your Mission
You are responsible for the commercial development and performance of your geographical area. As a true entrepreneur of your territory, you identify and develop new opportunities, strengthen the company's presence with existing partners, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell flexible endoscopes within your assigned territory
- Develop revenue (currently €2M turnover per market through recurring clients)
- Manage and retain an existing client portfolio (mainly through email and WhatsApp)
- Propose market-adapted commercial strategies
- Negotiate commercial terms and support clients in selecting equipment
- Coordinate client requests with Back Office and Logistics teams
- Ensure rigorous commercial follow-up and regular reporting to Management
- Attend trade shows and travel internationally when required
- Conduct competitive monitoring and identify market opportunities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new leads into clients
Your Profile
- Proven experience in international business development and territory management
- Strong hunter mindset, confident, dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills
- Higher education degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Highly autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English; German is a plus or any additional language spoken and written in your market.
- Comfortable using Salesforce or other CRM tools, as well as Microsoft Office

- Uncapped compensation: €45K fixed salary + 2% commission on gross margin generated (no cap)
