Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to support month-end close, compliance, and statutory reporting within our European hub. This role partners with regional and global teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and continuous improvement of finance processes. It is well-suited for candidates with a solid accounting foundation who are eager to learn and grow in an international environment.

Global Close, Reporting & Compliance
  • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy through review and analytical procedures.
  • Contribute to European reporting packages and overall financial reporting processes.
  • Support statutory reporting and compliance for assigned entities.
  • Ensure alignment between group reporting standards and local statutory requirements.
  • Maintain internal controls, documentation, and provide audit support.

Business Partnership, Projects & Process Improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting matters.
  • Support accounting analysis for routine transactions and related documentation.
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support finance projects, including system and reporting enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and improved data quality.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
  • 3years of relevantfinancial accounting or auditexperience, ideally within a multinational environment.


  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools; Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
