HR Manager France & Regional HR Lead Southwest Europe

To support our development, we are looking for a HR Manager France & Regional HR Lead Southwest Europe.

About the role

This is a strategic, operational, and international HR leadership role. You will report directly to the Managing Director France, with a functional reporting line to the Regional Director Southwest Europe and the Group VP People & Culture.

You will lead HR in France while coordinating HR activities across a cluster of 5 countries: France, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

Your role

Your responsibilities will include a combination of local leadership, regional coordination, and group collaboration:

France scope
  • Lead and develop a local HR team of 4 employees.
  • Deploy and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise and support managers on all HR topics (employee relations, talent development, performance, change management).
  • Drive local HR projects and ensure alignment with group initiatives
  • Manage social dialogue and ensure compliance with French labor law.

Southwest Europe (Cluster)
  • Collaborate closely with HR Managers across Spain, Italy, UK, and Ireland (matrix structure).
  • Support the development and structuring of HR activities at regional level.
  • Contribute to harmonization of HR practices and implementation of shared initiatives.

Group level
  • Act as key point of contact for the Group VP People & Culture on strategic HR topics.
  • Represent the Southwest Europe region in HR projects, discussions, and working groups.

Your team

You will lead the HR team in France (4 team members) and work closely with HR colleagues across Europe. You will be part of an international HR community, collaborating across countries and functions to drive impact.

Who are you?

You are an experienced HR leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in an international environment.

Experience & background
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, including team management
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law
  • Experience in an international or matrix organization
  • Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage international stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication (In French and English) and influencing skills
