Job Description:
Campagnes CRM - commerciales & automatisées
- Brief et coordination des campagnes CRM validées au plan de communication digital (création, validation, paramétrage et routage)
- Mise en place d'AB tests pour optimiser les performances
- Participation à la réflexion et au développement de nouvelles campagnes automatisées pour enrichir la politique de contact CRM
Analyse des performances des campagnes CRM
- Suivi des principaux indicateurs des campagnes CRM
- Participation aux bilans des temps forts
- Recommandations et optimisations
Veille concurrentielle sur le marché
Your Profile:
- De formation École de commerce/Université de niveau Bac+4/5 - Si possible avec une spécialisation digitale
- Vous êtes une personne motivée, autonome et savez vous adapter rapidement
- Vous avez le sens du détail, vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez un bon rédactionnel
- Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais (principalement écrit)
- Vous êtes curieux et pro-actif
