The Antalis Groupheadquarters is recruiting a Project Team Leader SAP Sales (M/F) on apermanent contract.
Missions :
Member of theMIS central team in Antalis group, and reporting directly to the SAPDirector, the Project Team Leader SAP Sales is responsible fordeploying the SAP Sales & Distribution core model in subsidiaries.
He/Her will work in close relationship with SAP Sales &Distribution Referent solution lead and Sales Business Process Owner.
Responsibilities:
Project Management (30%)
Responsible for managing SAP EP implementation domain projects. Thisinvolves:
- defining project scope
- creating project plans according global plan
- define and coordinating resources
- ensuring successful project delivery within the specified timelinesand budget
Functional SD Consultant (40%)
- Facilitating workshops, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions
- Ensuring functional design by defining and documenting functional andtechnical specifications
- Configuring and customizing SAP
- Providing support and guidance to users, including conducting testsessions and creating training materials
Leading and managing the SAPSales Project Team (30%)
Responsiblefor overseeing a team of SAP SD consultants (internal and external) andensuring their effective performance. This includes providing guidancesupport, and training to team members.
- Promote to your team thehealth and safety policy defined by the group

Profile:
Education & Experience:
Expertise in SAP SDfunctional domains and its integration with logistics and financialmodules
Experience in SAP implementations in an international context
Experience in team management in a multicultural environment (desired,optional)
Project management experience
Professional / Behavioural/ Languages Skills:
Technical skills:more than 10 years' experience on SAP Sales
Business skills: Good knowledge of sales business flow (pricemanagement, contracts, quotations, orders, and invoicing) that willenable smooth communication with business stakeholders in subsidiaries
Soft skills: Rigour / Service and results-oriented / Sense ofresponsibility / Ability to work in a multicultural and changingenvironment / Autonomy / Ability to manage priorities / Teamworkspirit, and good communication skills will be assets to succeed in thisposition
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Mobility : Sedentary work
