Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Go, Python, FastAPI/ConnectRPC Developer who is experienced, autonomous, and committed to craftsmanship (tests, code quality, documentation) to join our R&D team. You will work on strategic Database-Services projects within a team of around five people, collaborating closely with two other Senior Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Architecture
- Design and implement robust, scalable features on our different platforms.
- Drive technical architecture decisions and strategic technology choices.
- Integrate & improve our Database-Services solutions.
- Optimizeperformance, security, and maintainability of critical applications.
Quality & Testing
- Establish and enforce automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Conduct rigorous, constructive code reviews.
- Uphold exemplary code quality standards andmaintainthorough documentation.
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work in an Agile environment alongside cross-functional teams.
- Share best practices to elevate teamexpertise.
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies and collective technical decision-making.
- Work with product owners and other stakeholders to align requirements.
Our product range is mainly:
- Secure Web Gateway (SWG) - Advanced web traffic filtering, URL filtering, malware protection, and SSL/TLS inspection capabilities
- Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) - Comprehensive cloud application security, shadow IT detection, and data protection for SaaS environments
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) - Advanced threat detection and sensitive data protection across web traffic and cloud applications
- DataBase Services Solution - A large array of solutionsregardingthe generation and delivery of DataBase related products
Profile and skills:
To successfully carry out the role of a Senior R&D FullStack Engineer, a candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional Python and/or Go development in production environments
- A solid experience with Angular , FastAPI and ConnectRPC
- Expertisewith relational databases ( PostgreSQL ) and No-SQL ( REDIS ), query optimization, schema design
- Proficiencywith DevOps tools: Git , Docker , CI / CD pipelines, monitoring solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS , OVH ) and distributed systems
- Having a practical interest in cybersecurity topics and ecosystems would be highly appreciated.
Language Requirement
- Comfortable working in English (fluencyrequiredfor documentation, code review, and team meetings).
