Ekinops is looking for a SAP Project Manager reporting to the Director of Finance and Internal Audit dedicated to implementation, support, maintenance and evolution around our new ERP (SAP S/4 Hana). and also to others transversal projects around ERP, which are dedicated to insure and to improve company's business continuity and growth.

Duties and responsabilities:

You have technical development skills in SAP and also capacity to have a vision about how SAP will support our company growth (organic and external) and its position with various business applications.

You are open minded to operational team requests and needs, with a strong "client service" mindset but also sensitive to keep the solution in the concept of SAP Best Practices as much as possible.

You are well-organised, energetic and communicative person, highly motivated and liking challenge to meet deadlines.

As immediate task and under responsibility of the ERP-SAP Project implementation Leader you will :

Support current and future SAP instance:

• Take over all the specific developments done in the current system
  (Z-procedure, Z-report)
• Ensure the transition of these specific developments from our current SAP instance to SAP4HANA
• Support and adapt SAP system to fulfil business requirements on a daily basis
• Ensure a strong end users support on SAP System
• Develop and maintain new and existing development.
• Work in close collaboration with Ekinops IT Team

Data integration and report:

• Ensure data integrity in SAP Systems
• Create custom report from SAP system (request coming from the business)
• Manage Mass data import and changes
• Realize data integration (in case of an M&A transaction, new systems, change of perimeter, etc.).Configure and manage SAP interfaces (strong connection with our Dev team in India)

SAP4HANA project integration:

• Blueprint definition
• Data migration
• Interface definition and tests
• Specific development migration
• Support the BPO (Business Process Owner) during the overall project and during the running activities.

Other tasks will be defined by the Project Leader and may include:

• Manage the complete implementation of the ERP SAP in collaboration with the technical and business teams.
• Define project objectives, plan key stages and monitor progress.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and guarantee the satisfaction of internal customers. .
• Provide high-level technical support to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Maintain and support the system after the GoLive
• Manage the evolution request in the respect of SAP best Practices as much as possible.

Profile and skills

• Ability to quickly understand business needs and process and be able to translate them into ERP related steps, modifications, reports, etc.
• Strong technical skills in configuring and maintaining SAP ERP
• Capacity in database managements and custom reports,
• Proven experience in a structured project (project management knowledge)
• Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in ERP SAP implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and best practices related to project management.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and resolve problems proactively.
• Knowledge in SAP development languages and tools (ABAP, ADOBE, CDS view, BTP),
• Solid understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
• Knowledge about SAP module EWM would be appreciated
• Written and spoken English is mandatory,
