Main Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Consultative Selling:
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Ekinops products and solutions through our partner Orange across France, interacting directly with customers in your region.
- Your consultative sales experience will enable you to identify each customer's specific business challenges and co-develop tailored solutions to address their needs.
- You will analyze the competitive landscape and customer requirements to effectively position Ekinops' portfolio, highlighting its added value and technological sovereignty.
- Coordinate with pre-sales teams and Ekinops solution experts to ensure optimal technical responses and commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations.
2. Orange Partner and End-Customer Management:
- Develop and nurture the partnership with Orange in France: training, support, performance tracking, and joint commercial initiatives.
- Actively participate in events organized by Orange (seminars, trade shows, webinars) to promote Ekinops solutions and generate business opportunities.
- Leverage customer feedback and testimonials to refine your value proposition and enhance the credibility of Ekinops solutions in each market.
3. Territorial Strategy and Reporting:
- Set clear objectives and deliver accurate forecasts by creating a detailed sector development plan, aligned with Ekinops' growth targets and in coordination with the Global Account Manager.
- Provide regular activity reports (pipeline, forecasts, results) and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to adapt messaging and sales materials to the specifics of the French market.
4. Market Intelligence and Internal Participation:
- Stay informed about industry news and trends in access technologies, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity, and their impact on Ekinops products and services.
- Conduct business travel within your region and participate in internal meetings and commercial reviews to align strategy and share best practices.
Profile:
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales of network, telecom, or security solutions, ideally in a B2B environment and partner management.
- In-depth knowledge of the access technologies, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity markets.
- Consultative sales experience, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Experience in both direct and indirect sales (via distribution partners) would be a major asset.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of initiative and results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate at all levels (C-level, CIOs, network/security managers).
