About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Bar, the Barman/Barmaid reports to the Chef Barman

As Barmaid/Barman, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• You will contribute to and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, aiming to provide each guest with a unique experience, while applying and enforcing established quality standards.
• You will carry out various service operations, including setup, cleaning, and organization duties.
• You will organize and supervise the work of commis waiters, apprentices, and interns.
• You will actively participate in building customer loyalty.

As Barmaid/Barman we expect from you:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in both French and English is required
