What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the voice of top global companies for your language market
• Provide exceptional support across phone, chat, and email
• Guide and influence sellers and clients toward success
• Drive engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian, French, German, or Dutch (C1/C2 level)
• experience in customer service, telesales is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player, motivated, and ready to grow
