Job Description
Design clear ‘to‑be’ processes that are ready for implementation.Partner with other stakeholders to ensure timely deployment of the new ERP.Champion automation, technology, and process improvements to minimise manual effort and increase the speed and accuracy of all accounting processes.Proactively partner with the upstream functions (e.g., business procurement, R&D teams) where finance data often originates and is managed to facilitate consistent data practices.Providing Visionary and Supportive Financial Leadership and Team ManagementDevelop and mentor a high‑performing accounting team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Foster a culture of technology acceptance to drive greater use of automation and accounting software.Inspire the team to increase financial accuracy and transparency via clear definitions and good standards of operations.Oversee talent management plans to develop high‑performing finance, accounting, and digital talent that meet organisational and personal goals.Continuously evaluate and evolve the accounting operating model, working to streamline processes, enhance consistency across teams, and strengthen collaboration within the global accounting function.Who You Are15+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the technology sector, including a minimum of 5 years leading teams in a senior role.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and deep expertise in US GAAP (IFRS knowledge is a strong plus).Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.Proven track record of running an efficient accounting operation, business processes, and financial management controls environment.Proven track record in accounting transformations and ERP implementation, including significant expertise with Oracle Fusion or SAP S/4HANA and process redesign and optimisation.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex environment.Excellent problem‑solving and project‑management abilities, with a hands‑on approach to execution.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English is a must; French is a strong plus.What We OfferWays of working – Our hybrid model blends home with in‑office experiences.Grow with us – Learning, mentorship & career development programs.Your wellbeing matters – Health benefits, wellness perks & mental health support.A team that cares – Diverse, inclusive, and globally connected.Fair pay & perks – Attractive salary, with performance‑based rewards and family‑friendly policies, plus the potential for equity depending on role and level.Additional benefits may vary depending on the country where you work and the nature of your employment with Criteo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
