Ipsen is strengthening its Global Digital & IT Business Partnering model to accelerate digital transformation and better support commercial operations across regions.We are looking for a Global Digital & IT Business Partner – Commercial to act as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders in France and North Africa.In this role, you will partner closely with commercial affiliates to shape high-impact digital initiatives and ensure their successful delivery and adoption.You will play a key role in defining and executing a multi-year digital roadmap , ensuring technology investments directly support business priorities, enhance customer engagement, and align with Ipsen’s global strategy.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic business partner and advisor to commercial and enabling functionsOwn and shape the regional digital roadmap, translating business strategy into high-impact digital initiatives with clear business valueCapture, assess, and prioritise digital demand, balancing local needs with global standards and enterprise prioritiesAct as the primary IT point of contact for the region, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility across business and IT stakeholders.Lead and coordinate the delivery of local and global digital initiatives with global IT and digital teams, ensuring successful implementation and business adoption across the regionDrive innovation and best practices, bringing external perspectives on emerging digital and technology trendsOperate effectively in a complex, matrixed global environment, influencing without direct authorityYour profile & expertise10+ years of experience in Digital, IT, or Business Transformation or Consulting roles.Strong experience working with commercial teams in the pharmaceutical industry.Good understanding of commercial field operations and customer engagement modelsExperience in business partnering, project/program management, and cross functional deliveryStrong knowledge of CRM and commercial platforms (e.g., Veeva) and digital enablement modelsAbility to influence, challenge, and engage stakeholders at all levels.A strong business-oriented mindset, able to translate complex needs into clear, value-driven solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix and international environment.Fluent in English and French.Why join Ipsen?A highly visible role at the intersection of business and technology.Real ownership over digital priorities, investment decisions, and business outcomesExposure to strategic topics such as AI, omnichannel engagement, data-driven insights, and digital innovationA collaborative, international environment focused on innovation, simplification and patient impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
