What is expected from you:
The role supports the management of EGNOS site contracts delegated to ESSP, ensuring compliance with EUSPA requirements and alignment with EGNOS V2 operations and EGNOS V3 deployment activities.

What is expected from you:
The role supports the management of EGNOS site contracts delegated to ESSP, ensuring compliance with EUSPA requirements and alignment with EGNOS V2 operations and EGNOS V3 deployment activities.
ESSP Site Contract Management and Compliance
- Monitor the implementation of ESSP-managed site contracts, ensuring compliance with EUSPA EGNOS site requirements across:
- EGNOS V2 operations and maintenance
- EGNOS V3 deployment and IVQ activities
- Maintain and update the contractual baseline of ESSP site contracts, ensuring traceability and consistency.
- Support and attend key contract reviews (KO, SIKP, IAR, PDKP, HSRR) and review associated documentation and minutes.
- Review and assess Requests for Deviation/Waiver (RFDs/RFWs) proposed by ESSP related to hosting site contracts.
- Review Document Change Proposals and contribute to the control of Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Raise and manage Review Item Discrepancies (RIDs) on technical documentation, including Hosting Site ICDs and ESSP deliverables.
- Contribute to and attend configuration and change control boards (Sites-PCCB, Services-PCCB), supporting the formalisation of changes to the site baseline.
- Review impact assessment technical notes related to works or operations affecting co-located EGNOS V2 and V3 sites.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Review ESSP inputs to Service Performance Monthly Reports, raising RIDs and ensuring quality and compliance of site-related content.
- Provide structured feedback and ensure proper tracking of site-related performance issues.
Observation and Non-Conformity Management
- Participate in and contribute to Observation Review Boards (ORB) managed by ESSP.
- Analyse and report key outcomes, highlighting:
- Critical issues and hot topics
- Risks and operational impacts
- Key elements requiring EUSPA attention
Planning and Scheduling Coordination
- Provide detailed inputs to ensure full visibility of site readiness and deployment schedules.
- Participate in Schedule Engineering Boards (with ESSP, ESA, and Industry), supporting coordination and alignment of planning activities.
Deployment and Technical Follow-up
- Review and assess technical documentation issued by Industry, including:
- Installation guidelines
- Network and multipath survey reports
- Antenna and system ICDs
- Raise RIDs on industrial deliverables (ADS, BT, and related technical documentation).
- Support Industry interactions by:
- Providing inputs to technical documentation
- Participating in Pre-Shipment Reviews (PSRs) (TWAN, RIMS/ELAN), including preparatory meetings
- Monitor and track the status of EGNOS equipment deployment at site level, ensuring up-to-date visibility.
- Report regularly on deployment progress, highlighting:
- Key milestones and delays
- Risks and issues
- Impacts on programme objectives
. Monitoring of Industrial On-Site Activities
- Track and report on industrial on-site activities such as:
- Multipath surveys
- Network surveys
- Equipment deployment
- Provide regular insights on progress, risks, and critical topics impacting site readiness.
Programme Evolution Support
- Contribute to the development of EGNOS Hosting Services evolution plans, ensuring alignment with the overall programme roadmap.
- Provide site-specific expertise to support long-term planning and evolution strategies.
