Contribute to improving efficiency, quality, and innovation within the team by participating in the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions.
You will work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced engineers and be involved in building and maintaining scalable solutions, while progressively developing your technical expertise.

In this position, you will:

Analyze functional and technical requirements, and translate them into concrete technical solutions
Participate in the design of system architectures and key components
Develop and implement scalable and maintainable solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations)
Contribute to technical documentation and promote best practices

Profil

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in application operations, production support, or software engineering
Experience working on systems in production environments, with exposure to incident handling

Technical skills (unchanged environment, adjusted expectations)

Experience in application operations or production support
Good understanding of application architectures (APIs, backend services, batch processing) and functional processes
Exposure to complex or distributed systems
Knowledge of cloud, middleware platforms or databases (AWS, ELK, API tools, Power BI, Databricks)
Ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify abnormal behaviors
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
Basic knowledge or initial exposure to data & AI topics (nice to have for improving diagnosis/automation)
Understanding of production release and deployment processes
Experience working with ticketing and incident management tools
Basic understanding of ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management)
