Our Journey
Sorare was founded by Nicolas Julia and Adrien Montfort in 2018 in Paris to bring sports fans across the globe closer to the players, teams, and leagues they love.

We're looking for a Player Experience Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship.
As a Player Experience Intern, you'll be the voice of our players and one of the first people they interact with when they need help. You'll work closely with our Player Experience team to resolve player issues, investigate account concerns, and ensure every player has a positive experience.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a passionate global community of football and sports fans, develop strong customer operations skills, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional player experience.

What You'll Do:
- Support players through our ticketing platform, providing thoughtful, accurate, and empathetic assistance
- Investigate account-related issues using internal tools and administrative systems
- Help players resolve questions related to gameplay, accounts, payments, trades, and platform features
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed and help ensure timely resolution
- Identify bugs, recurring issues, and player pain points, and communicate them clearly to the relevant teams
- Partner with Product teams by sharing player feedback and helping surface opportunities to improve the player experience
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of support quality across all player interactions
- Excellent written communication skills in English & French
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (business, communication, or a related field), with an internship agreement covering the 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A problem-solving mindset and genuine curiosity
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Passionate about football and sports, with a good understanding of the game
