The Business Operations Specialist will support the Supply Expansion and Customer Experience teams by improving processes, tools, analytics, and automation.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, tooling, and automation. As Wecasa increasingly uses AI and no-code technologies across operations, the BO Specialist will help identify inefficiencies, design scalable processes, and implement solutions that improve both team productivity and customer experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys understanding how things work end-to-end, diving into messy processes, asking good questions, and turning operational complexity into simple, scalable systems.
The Business Operations Specialist reports to the Lead Business Operations and works closely with the Customer Experience and Supply Expansion teams.

The Business Operations Specialist reports to the Lead Business Operations and works closely with the Customer Experience and Supply Expansion teams.
Missions
Processes & Tools
- Improve current operational processes and design future sales and customer experience processes alongside Heads of and Team Leaders.
- Map, document, and challenge existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Implement and improve no-code tools such as CRM, ticketing, internal tools, and workflow automation platforms.
- Monitor relevant tools, analyze the potential impact of their deployment, and recommend the best solutions.
Automation & AI
- Identify repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, and manual workflows that can be improved through automation or AI.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows across operational systems and tools.
- Use AI to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, workflow design, and implementation.
- Understand how tools interact through APIs, integrations, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot integrations and investigate technical issues with autonomy and curiosity.
- Measure the impact of automation initiatives on productivity, quality, cost, and customer experience.
Analytics
- Build dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor team, process, and tool performance.
- Deep dive into operational data to identify pain points, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Design test frameworks and measure the impact of projects and automations.
- Ensure data consistency and reliability for accurate reporting and decision-making.
Project Management
- Collect and prioritize optimization needs from operational teams.
- Define project scopes, success metrics, and priorities to maximize impact while controlling costs.
- Coordinate internal contributors across operations, product, tech, and data when needed.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while focusing on measurable business impact.
Profile
- Graduated with a Master's degree in business or engineering
- 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, sales operations, business operations, process improvement, automation, or a similar role
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
Hard Skills:
- Analytics: Has basic analytical skills and can track KPIs and dashboards to evaluate the business impacts of projects.
- Problem Solving: Able to propose simple and effective solutions to issues and seeks help when needed.
- Tech & Automation Mindset: Comfortable learning new software and systems independently. Excited by automation and continuously looks for opportunities to eliminate manual work. Able to understand how systems interact through APIs, integrations, and workflows. Uses AI effectively to accelerate problem-solving, research, documentation, and implementation. Not afraid to troubleshoot technical issues or learn new concepts outside their comfort zone.
- Project Management: has some experience on project management and is a team player to work along stakeholders and delivery projects in a timely manner
Soft Skills:
- Structured & Organized: Able to break down projects into simple tasks and follow deadlines in an organized manner.
- Rigorous & Reliable: Able to work efficiently with moderate support and shows attention to detail to ensure reliable results.
- Autonomous & Resourceful: Can move forward independently on defined problems, investigate unfamiliar topics, and learn quickly through research, experimentation, and asking the right questions.
- Clear Communication: possesses good communication skills in both French and English and can convey information clearly and concisely.
- Curiosity & Systems Thinking: Naturally curious about how things work and asks thoughtful questions to understand processes beyond their immediate scope. Enjoys diving into complex or messy operational problems to uncover root causes. Able to map workflows, document processes, and identify ways to improve or automate them.
