As an R&D Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the R&D FP&A to ensure accurate financial statements, closely collaborating with R&D Line Managers to monitor project and TC performance, developing necessary processes, tools, and analyses, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting, and providing insightful analysis.

As an R&D Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the R&D FP&A to ensure accurate financial statements, closely collaborating with R&D Line Managers to monitor project and TC performance, developing necessary processes, tools, and analyses, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting, and providing insightful analysis.
MISSIONS :
- Lead the R&D FP&A to provide accurate financial statement.
- Works very closely with the R&D Line Managers to monitor the projects and TC performance.
- Develops processes, tools, and analysis for appropriate needs.
- Accuracy of data and timeliness of reporting
- Insightful analysis
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial strategies.
- Control, consolidation, and analyses of monthly closing
- Preparation of Codir monthly review
R&D controlling :
- Calculation and validation of standard hourly rates
- Ensure that R&D scheme are correctly performed
- Progress monitoring of margins, profitability, and performance of projects
- Follow up the Development costs statements Hours/FTE/ OPEX/CAPEX
- Follow and secure cost control activities monitoring spending versus budget for the organization activities.
- Follow-up of accounting records of R&D impacts in IFRS: Cost capitalization, Customer contribution, impairment test, Depreciation)
- Coordination of CIR
ISS:
- SAP participation to re-enforce PS FI CO deployment.
- Budget upload in SAP
- ISS Process Owner (HFM)
- Preparation of statement during impairment test process.
- Maintain POWER BI Reports
Information Criticality & Confidentiality: This role is associated with Information Criticality Level 2 and requires strict adherence to confidentiality obligations, in line with the sensitivity of the information handled.
PROFILE
What do you bring:
- A completed Master's degree in the field of business economics, finance & control or similar
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in a complex industrial or Technical center environment
- Experience with various grant processes and financial reporting
- International automotive exposure
- SAP know-how - HFM - POWER BI
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and common applications used in office
- Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
- Ability to work with strict deadlines & large autonomy
