Yourmissions :
Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vos principales missions seront :
1. Point d'entrée ITSM pour les métiers et BU (tous pays CEVA)
2. Qualification et dispatch des tickets vers le partenaire SQLI
3. Communication et suivi auprès des métiers
4. Reporting hebdomadaire KPI/SLA (support & maintenance évolutive)
5. Challenger les indicateurs de performance du partenaire
6. Participer aux ateliers de rationalisation du scope (gouvernance domaines, création de sites)
7. Contribution ponctuelle au delivery de sites (configuration, documentation, contenu)

Profil recherché :
Excellent communicant écrit (mails pro, comptes-rendus)
Compréhension de l'écosystème web : CMS, DNS, hébergement
Capacité d'analyse et de restitution (KPI, reporting)
Rigueur dans le suivi de tickets via outil ITSM
Bon relationnel métier
Appétence pour les outils IA
