Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights France team. Working directly under an English-speaking manager, this role requires a sharp analytical mind, a passion for complex data, and strong business pragmatism. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing prescriptive, valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize our business results across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Processing & Analysis: Collect, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data within structured and standardized datasets to draw actionable conclusions.
  • Strategy & Performance Tracking: Implement and monitor analytical models and tools to measure the effectiveness of current strategies.
  • Operational Optimization: Identify areas for improvement, define action plans, and develop operational customer strategies based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Analysis: Analyze data and variables from various business areas, including portfolio performance, leverage effectiveness, client risk and behavior prediction, portfolio revaluation, and overall client profitability.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and proposals for the operational and management teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate your analytical findings and recommendations to peers, key stakeholders, and the management team, both nationally and internationally.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) from a Top 10 French Engineering School (Programme Grande École), with a specialization in Data, Economics, or Project Management.
  • Language Skills: Complete fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory. You will be reporting directly to an English-speaking manager and operating in an international context.
  • Experience: Previous experience (including internships/apprenticeships) in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Insights, and/or a Strategy-focused role. Industry knowledge in Banking/Finance is highly desired.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding quantitative analysis skills with a structured way of working. You have a strong track record of liaising with and influencing stakeholders across an organization, and you relate comfortably with people at all levels.

  • Salary: €40,000 - €42,000 per year
