Au sein de ZebraSci (BD), entité de services dédiée aux laboratoires pharmaceutiques, vous apportez votre expertise technique et scientifique sur les produits combinés, avec un focus sur les tests fonctionnels et mécaniques. Vous pilotez des projets complexes en autonomie, en garantissant la fiabilité des solutions proposées, leur adéquation aux besoins clients ainsi que le respect des exigences qualité et réglementaires.

Job Description
Au sein de ZebraSci (BD), entité de services dédiée aux laboratoires pharmaceutiques, vous apportez votre expertise technique et scientifique sur les produits combinés, avec un focus sur les tests fonctionnels et mécaniques. Vous pilotez des projets complexes en autonomie, en garantissant la fiabilité des solutions proposées, leur adéquation aux besoins clients ainsi que le respect des exigences qualité et réglementaires.
Responsabilités principales :
- Piloter en autonomie des projets R&D complexes (tests mécaniques et fonctionnels sur dispositifs médicaux / produits combinés)
- Définir, développer et valider des méthodes de test innovantes (design control, qualification, validation)
- Traduire les besoins clients en spécifications techniques et solutions adaptées
- Coordonner les activités R&D et garantir la livraison selon les jalons définis
- Identifier, anticiper et résoudre des problématiques techniques complexes avec des solutions fiables et innovantes
- Garantir la conformité aux exigences qualité, réglementaires et aux procédures internes BD, et contribuer aux activités d'innovation et de propriété intellectuelle
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme Bac +5 (école d'ingénieur, Master ou Doctorat) en mécanique, science des matériaux ou domaine équivalent
- Possibilité Bac +3 avec spécialisation technique et expérience significative (>10 ans)
- Expérience de 5 à 8 ans en R&D ou environnement technique/scientifique
- Expertise en tests mécaniques, idéalement appliqués aux dispositifs médicaux ou produits combinés
- Bonne connaissance des exigences réglementaires (qualité, validation, design control)
- Autonomie, rigueur, esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problématiques techniques complexes
