Rattaché(e) au Facility Manager, vous assurez la performance et la disponibilité des équipements du site. Vous coordonnez les équipes de maintenance, pilotez les interventions et contribuez à la continuité opérationnelle ainsi qu'à l'amélioration des installations.

Rattaché(e) au Facility Manager, vous assurez la performance et la disponibilité des équipements du site. Vous coordonnez les équipes de maintenance, pilotez les interventions et contribuez à la continuité opérationnelle ainsi qu'à l'amélioration des installations.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Organiser les ressources de maintenance et planifier les interventions.
- Gérer et réaliser les maintenances préventives, curatives et prédictives.
- Prévenir les arrêts de production et assurer le traitement rapide des pannes.
- Encadrer les équipes d'intervention et superviser les travaux d'entretien et de dépannage.
- Gérer le parc matériel, les pièces de rechange et leur disponibilité.
- Identifier des solutions techniques d'amélioration des équipements et installations.
- Participer à des projets techniques, travaux neufs ou modifications d'équipements.
- Mener des audits internes, analyser les risques et appliquer les règles Qualité Hygiène Sécurité Environnement (QHSE).
- Contribuer aux actions d'amélioration continue du site.
Votre profil
- Bac +3 en maintenance industrielle, mécanique ou électrotechnique, ou expérience équivalente.
- Maîtrise des process industriels, des outils GMAO et des outils bureautiques.
- Capacité à analyser les défaillances, rédiger et appliquer des procédures de maintenance.
- Aptitude à encadrer une équipe, organiser et prioriser plusieurs activités simultanément.
- Sens des responsabilités, autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Dynamisme, organisation, présence terrain affirmée et force de proposition.
- Une habilitation électrique B2V, BC ou BR serait un plus.
