The HCP Global Marketing Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy aimed at healthcare professionals (HCPs) for our OTC probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745. Thanks to its unparalleled scientific track record and its presence in 95 countries, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 has gained significant recognition and endorsement among healthcare professionals, becoming the gold standard in its category. However, as market competition intensifies and healthcare dynamics evolve, the role requires developing innovative strategies to engage, educate, and influence HCPs to drive product recommendations and prescriptions. This senior requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of medical marketing, new HCPs behaviors, and the global OTC market.

What you'll do:
- Develop and Execute Global HCP Marketing Strategy: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive HCP engagement and loyalty capitalizing on HCP new trends for our product across multiple regions.
- Market Research and HCP Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and gather insights to understand the evolving needs, behaviors, and decision-making processes of healthcare professionals. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Educational Initiatives: Design and oversee medical education programs, including webinars, conferences, and continued medical education (CME) initiatives, to engage and inform healthcare professionals about the uniqueness of Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745.
- Scientific Communication: Collaborate closely with the medical and regulatory teams to develop emotional and scientifically accurate marketing materials that effectively communicate product superiority to HCPs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with lead countries, medical R&D, regulatory, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Support Local Teams: Provide operational and strategic support to local and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on local HCP strategy and its local execution.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish KPIs and track the effectiveness of HCP engagement programs. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and recommend adjustments to optimize impact.
- Budget Management: Manage the HCP marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Manage Communication Agencies: Work with external agencies specializing in healthcare marketing to execute campaigns. Oversee agency performance, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration with DTC Global Marketing Lead: Work closely with the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Global Marketing Lead to ensure alignment between HCP-focused strategies and consumer-facing campaigns, leveraging insights from both to maximize overall brand success.
- Build and Manage a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a cohesive and effective marketing team. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve common goals and drive success.
- Lead Organizational Change: Act as a change agent by shifting the medical visit approach from product promotion to one focused on addressing the specific needs and challenges of healthcare professionals (HCPs), fostering more meaningful and solution-driven engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, including pharmaceutical codes of conduct and medical marketing best practices.
What you bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in healthcare or pharmaceutical sciences is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior role focused on healthcare professionals within the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
- Global Experience: Proven experience in managing global marketing campaigns targeting HCPs and working across diverse international markets.
- HCP Marketing Expertise: Deep experience in medical marketing, with a track record of successfully engaging and influencing healthcare professionals.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and ethical standards in healthcare marketing.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
