As part of the Global Medical Affairs Department, you will support the team in implementing medical strategies and scientific activities across our current and future portfolio. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international medical affairs within a fast-growing pharmaceutical company.
What you'll do
Medical Strategy & Innovation
- Support the Global Medical Affairs team in developing and implementing medical strategies for key brands and therapeutic areas.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and scientific landscape analyses.
- Assist in monitoring scientific trends, emerging evidence, and innovations in healthcare fields.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving global and/or local Medical Affairs and Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Development.
Medical & Scientific Support
- Contribute to literature reviews and scientific evidence generation activities.
- Assist in the preparation and review of scientific materials, training content, presentations, and communication tools.
- Support the development of medical education materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in scientific and medical monitoring activities, including publication tracking and congress reporting.
- Help maintain scientific databases and medical information resources.
External Scientific Engagement
- Support the preparation and organization of advisory boards, scientific meetings, and international congresses.
- Contribute to the identification and mapping of key opinion leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing scientific communication materials and congress summaries.
What you bring
- PharmD, MD, Master's degree, or PhD in Life Sciences.
- Strong interest in Medical Affairs and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Knowledge or interest in drugs regulations.
- Knowledge in clinical studies and interpretation.
- Excellent scientific writing and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and international environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
