We are seeking a Services Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering high-quality, value-driven services to our customers. This role includes strong exposure to strategic customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. You will ensure excellence in project delivery while driving operational rigor and contributing directly to our P&L performance, including revenue, cost, margin, and orders forecasting.

The total cash compensation range for this position is EUR 105,800 to 211,500 gross with approx. 15% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. We are seeking a Services Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering high-quality, value-driven services to our customers. This role includes strong exposure to strategic customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. You will ensure excellence in project delivery while driving operational rigor and contributing directly to our P&L performance, including revenue, cost, margin, and orders forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of customer projects and overall operational excellence.
- Act as a senior escalation point for project, operational, and customer issues, engaging confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Drive forecasting, consolidation, and financial oversight for the services organization, ensuring accurate visibility of revenue, costs, margins, and orders.
- Ensure consistent adoption of best-practice project management methodologies and governance processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at senior levels to support project success and long-term value realization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, Finance, and other internal functions to support pipeline planning and business execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Project or Professional Services teams in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong background in project management, ideally with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Solid understanding of financial management, including forecasting and P&L drivers.
- Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and coaching skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification is a plus.
