Digital & E-commerce Performance Manager Europe (H/F)

As the Digital & E-commerce Performance Manager within the Digital & Omnichannel Department of Christian Dior Couture for Europe, you will assume a pivotal strategic leadership role accountable for the Europe E-commerce business performance.

You will be responsible for planning and driving the E-commerce performance putting together strategic insights and action plans to deliver topline and bottom-line growth across the 29 markets within Europe's, splited in four key regions (Northern Europe, Central/Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, and France).

Act as a catalyst for seamless communication and collaboration between various departments, orchestrating comprehensive, 360° Digital & Omnichannel initiatives.

Digital & Omnichannel Business Planning & Performance
Lead the sales planning and monitoring of the Europe E-commerce business performance and budgets in close collaboration with central and regional Finance teams, incorporating insights and strategy from the four European regions and Head-Office teams (including. Digital & Omnichannel, Performance Marketing , CRM, Media, Merchandising inputs).
Spearhead the business performance reviews, analysis, communication of E-commerce sales and Omnichannel services results (quanti & quali) to key stakeholders, providing clear and measurable recommendations to support the zone business objectives.
Oversee the design and deployment of performance management dashboards and local reporting tools, acting as an entry point between headquarters and regional users. Standardize ecommerce KPIs and performance metrics across markets to ensure consistency, alignment with global business objectives.
Plan and lead regular Business Reviews and contribute to the strategic planning of e-business and omnichannel sales initiatives.

Business Development & Service Excellence
Lead and animate the local community of E-commerce managers from the four regions, to drive each country's business targets achievements and overall performance improvements across the purchase funnel and marketing channels until the client delivery, ensuring consistent and exceptional client experience.
Lead cross-functional teams at Europe head office in the development and execution of strategic business initiatives to drive incremental topline business growth, profitability and improve client satisfaction.
Analyze Digital & Omnichannel user and client's behavior performance to provide insights that can localize the website UI/UX and identify new services and features to increase both conversion rate and overall Omnichannel client experience.
Lead efforts in A/B testing, personalization strategies, and other techniques to continually enhance the ecommerce site's performance. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for innovation and improvement.

P&L Management:
Oversee the consolidated P&L of E-commerce in close partnership with regional Finance & Controlling teams, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Animate monthly P&L reviews and strategic action plans and optimizations to enhance revenue and profitability.

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in driving commercial performance, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel business models, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for driving growth and profitability, from Acquisition (Digital Marketing channels) to Conversion
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a deep passion for data, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Demonstrated expertise in project management, change management, and process improvement, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in performance management and reporting tools, with the ability to develop and implement sophisticated dashboards and reports.
