Rémunération: 2 402 $ Mensuel

  • 2402 € monthly gross salary. We are committed to aligning our pay with rates to higher than the industry salary bandings. We are dedicated to conducting annual company salary reviews to ensure our colleagues receive competitive pay.
  • Full Time, Fixed Term contract from 16/02/2026 until end date18/10/2026
  • Accommodation & meal packages available that are in accord with the collective bargaining agreement legislation for 'benefits in kind'. Overall, only 65€ per month for single accommodation and 3 meals per day.

Being a Peak Team LeaderDuring the busier months of our season we require an additional team leader to join our guest experience department. Using your knowledge and experience of the PGL excursions and activities product to deliver safe. Engaging and enjoyable experiences for our guests.
Working with kids requires energy, confidence and effort; but we guarantee it's never, ever boring.
You could be managing the planning for the structured sessions and evening activity, motivating a team of Tour Leaders or Animateurs, delivering practical and engaging training, providing colleagues with regular constructive feedback, liaising with party leaders and assuming responsibility of the necessary administration linked to the guest experience team. No two days will ever be the same.
Our clients are mostly coming from the UK so we require you to be fluent in English - a minimum C1 level on the CEFR.

Is this you?Ideally you will have previous PGL experience in a guest experience role but your character is what we value most.
