Senior Development Manager (H/F)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Development Manager is in charge of delivering capacity plan projects. He/she is in charge of negotiating legal and financial terms with project stakeholders (internal and external).

GENERAL MISSIONS

1. Sourcing of new development projects

  • Lead the analysis of new projects: greenfield, renovations/extensions of existing resorts, refinancing, sales etc.


  • Contributes to the reflection on the future Club Med destinations for his/her area.


2. Feasibility studies

  • Is the main contact regarding the projects in his/her scope for both internal and external stakeholders.


  • Guarantee the quality of operational, financial and legal feasibility studies for development projects


  • Guarantee the coordination regarding positioning study of projects, in terms of product and programing from the conception to the implementation phases.


3. Deal Closing

  • In charge of negotiating operational and construction agreements with financial stakeholder under the supervision of Director / VP


4. Project follow-up

  • Is responsible for the follow up phase once the agreement is signed, from the implementation of the project up to the opening.


  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of required presentations and documents at each stage of the project for validation ( in particular for Development Committee meetings).


5. Management & Leadership

  • Mobilize and unite around a common vision: Engage teams with clear, inspiring communication aligned with strategic objectives .


  • Support change and innovation: Anticipate developments , adapt working methods and foster a learning culture.


  • Developing empowered leaders and teams: Identifying talent, empowering people and creating a climate of trust and recognition
