You will join a team of 6 people within the Knowledge Management department, dedicated to sharing and disseminating knowledge across the entire Omexom network.
Our mission is to structure and facilitate the international training network, design learning programs, and promote knowledge transfer. We work closely with more than 20 technical institutes (mainly in Europe) within a network that continues to expand internationally.
1. Design an onboarding program for international talents to learn inside Omexom network for 6 months
2. Create a learning path for this program
3.Administrate the internal recruitment, motivation and organization of the programme

1. Design an onboarding program for international talents to learn inside Omexom network for 6 months

- Conception of the program, understand the objectives and define the results expected
- Select a tool to create the program
- Identify key sponsors inside the network
2. Create a learning path for this program

- Define the various skills and competencies
- Create learning document to support the trainings
3.Administrate the internal recruitment, motivation and organization of the programme
- Master's degree (Year 1 or Year 2) in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Strong interest in the energy sector and the energy transition
- Proactive, creative, and attentive, with strong listening skills
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
