AXA Partners is seeking a visionary Program Manager to lead global transformation initiatives for the Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP) unit. You will have the opportunity to shape the future, innovate, and make a real difference for our clients, teams, and shareholders around the world.

As a Program Manager at AXA Partners CLP, you will be at the heart of the strategic transformation of our organization. You will lead the Samsara program, a complex project aimed at improving end-to-end operational processes and supporting the profitable development of new products. This role requires strategic leadership to align and engage various stakeholders, ensure smooth execution of initiatives, and proactively manage risks, resources, and budgets.

Your main missions will include:
  • Strategic Alignment and Governance: Ensure that transformation initiatives are aligned with the overall strategy of CLP and AP. Establish governance frameworks and prioritize projects to maximize their impact.Program and Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all strategic initiatives. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate organizational change by managing communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption processes. You will need to identify and map all key stakeholders and develop engagement strategies to foster their buy-in and support.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track progress, measure the impact of transformation initiatives, and provide regular reports to senior management. You will use key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust plans as needed and ensure transparency.
    Program Planning and Delivery: Develop and consolidate comprehensive action plans, timelines, and milestones for the 10 initiatives that make up Samsara. You will coordinate activities across different workstreams, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely delivery of all program components.
  • Program Governance Updates: Facilitate regular program review meetings and status updates. You will prepare governance documentation, ensure syndication with key relevant stakeholders, and lead steerco meetings to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
    Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Communicate transparently about program progress, risks, and successes. You will manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address their concerns, in collaboration with the CLP Transformation Department's change management and engagement team.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and optimize resources across the various branches, in coordination with the CLP IT department. You will collaborate with IT and other support functions to define technical resource needs, monitor and track the program budget, and escalate budget variances or resource constraints.
    Risk Identification and Mitigation: Develop risk mitigation plans and maintain risk and issue logs. You will escalate critical risks and issues to higher levels to ensure quality and compliance of initiatives.

Your skills and experience will include:

Transformation Experience: Solid experience in managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs of similar size and complexity.
Engagement and Influence: Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and influence, with the ability to align and motivate diverse teams.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment. You must be able to communicate effectively with high-level and cross-functional audiences.
Risk Management: Mastery in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, as well as in-depth knowledge of change management principles.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial sense, including budget management, resource allocation, and cost control.
Analysis and Problem Solving: Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
