Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading complex pursuit activities across Managed Print Services (MPS) and Managed Device Services (MDS), from opportunity shaping and strategy definition through to contract negotiations and closure.
• The role plays a critical part in business development, proactively driving pipeline creation, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding existing accounts through value-led engagements.
• It actively contributes to lead generation, proposals, and account planning while defining differentiated value propositions aligned to customer transformation priorities and organizational growth objectives.

Responsibilities
• Leads MPS and MDS qualification, sales strategy, and end-to-end business development, driving pipeline growth, opportunity creation, and deal expansion across Tier 1 accounts.
• Owns pursuit execution including opportunity shaping, solution design (print + device services), pricing strategy, and key business decisions to maximize win rate and profitability.
• Proactively identifies new opportunities through account mining, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sell/upsell strategies, contributing directly to account growth and long-term customer value.
• Partners in account planning and early-stage lead identification, bringing consultative insights to align MPS/MDS solutions with client business and workplace transformation objectives.
• Analyzes complex financial models, including Total Contract Value (TCV), ROI, and cost optimization scenarios, to support high-impact deal decisions.
• Builds and articulates compelling, outcome-based value propositions across MPS and MDS, linking device, print, and lifecycle services to business outcomes.
• Leads the sales process, negotiations, and executive-level discussions, orchestrating cross-functional teams to secure successful closures.
• Stays current on industry trends (Device-as-a-Service, Digital Workplace, Sustainability) and leverages insights to shape innovative pursuit and growth strategies.
• Continuously improves pursuit excellence practices, leveraging best practices and mentoring team members to elevate capability.
• Applies structured program and project management methodologies to govern pursuits, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and escalation where required.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in sales, business development, or a related field.
