Key Responsibilities
- Deployment Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end operational rollout of Raidium's platform once a contract is signed. Define timelines, coordinate installation and configuration, manage access provisioning, and drive each deployment through to go-live.
- Partner Coordination: Act as the primary operational contact throughout each deployment - leading calls, setting agendas, tracking commitments, and holding both Raidium and the institution accountable to agreed milestones.
- Technical Bridging: Translate between Raidium's engineering team and hospital stakeholders (IT departments, DPOs, radiologists, clinical staff). Ensure integration requirements, data workflows, and compliance needs are clearly scoped and executed.
- Account Success & Renewal: Ensure institutions are deriving measurable value from Raidium's technology post-deployment. Monitor adoption and engagement, capture feedback, address friction, and drive renewals and expansion within each account.
- Operational Excellence: Surface blockers early, contribute to internal documentation, and help build the playbooks that will scale with each new deployment.
- Pre-Sales & Deal Execution: Coordinate the contracting process with hospital legal, procurement, IT, and administrative teams. Work closely with Raidium's legal and leadership to close agreements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Master's degree, preferably in an engineering field.
- 4+ years of experience combining technical deployment with at least one of: account management, hospital sales, or project coordination - ideally in a hospital, health tech, or MedTech environment.
- Hands-on experience integrating software into hospital IT environments - this is the central requirement for the role. You should be comfortable owning technical deployments inside hospital infrastructure alongside IT departments and CIOs, with a solid grasp of the surrounding technical landscape: APIs, cloud architecture, and security, as well as healthcare-specific standards like DICOM, HL7, PACS, and EHR integration.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Comfort working at the intersection of technical and non-technical teams - you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what's being built and explain it clearly to a hospital CIO.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and make sound decisions without a complete picture.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills - Pluses
- Experience navigating governance committees with academic hospitals, cancer centers, or public health institutions - including familiarity with procurement committees and public tender processes.
- Knowledge of hospital data compliance processes (RGPD, DPO workflows, IT security committees, hébergement de données de santé).
- Exposure to medical imaging workflows and an understanding of how radiologists interact with clinical software.
Why join us
- Own the full account lifecycle - from contract to live deployment to long-term success - with real ownership and measurable impact
- Have a direct line to patient care - your accounts put AI diagnostic tools into the hands of radiologists at leading institutions
- Be among the first members of a growing team, shaping the processes that will scale across dozens of hospitals and cancer centers
- Competitive salary
