What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to act as the right hand of the Regional VP France, supporting him in driving strategic priorities, structuring initiatives, and ensuring execution excellence. This role blends strategy, project management, executive support, and sales operations orchestration. It is designed for a highly structured, analytical, and business-minded profile who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. The position offers high exposure, a deep understanding of the business, and close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, RevOps, and Executive Leadership.

What We're Looking For:

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Executive Support
- Support the Regional VP Sales France in defining and structuring sales strategy, priorities, and regional roadmaps.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, QBRs, board decks, and strategic memos.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear action plans, initiatives, and timelines.
- Act as a strategic sounding board, bringing structured thinking, data, and insights to key decisions.
2. Project & Initiative Management
- Own and drive cross-functional strategic projects (go-to-market initiatives, sales transformation projects, process improvements, tooling changes, etc.).
- Structure projects end-to-end: objectives, milestones, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure execution discipline, follow-up on actions, deadlines, and ownership.
- Anticipate risks and proactively escalate issues to ensure delivery.
3. Sales Performance & Business Analysis
- Support sales performance monitoring (pipeline, forecasts, KPIs, productivity).
- Build and maintain clear dashboards, analyses, and insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly business reviews with strong narrative and data clarity.
- Coordinate with RevOps and Finance on forecasting, reporting, and data accuracy.
4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a key interface between the Regional VP Sales and internal stakeholders (Sales teams, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, HR).
- Ensure alignment between regional initiatives and company-wide priorities.
- Prepare and follow up on leadership meetings, steering committees, and key reviews.
- Drive clarity, accountability, and communication across stakeholders.
5. Operating Rhythm & Governance
- Help establish and sustain a strong sales operating rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly cadences).
- Track decisions, action items, and commitments.
- Support governance on key initiatives and ensure structured execution.
Required Profile Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong exposure to Sales, Go-To-Market, or Revenue organizations, ideally in a B2B / SaaS / Tech environment.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive stakeholders.
Core Skills
- Excellent structuring and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to drive execution.
- High analytical skills; comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and business data.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with rigor and prioritization.
Soft Skills
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
- Strong business judgment and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior leaders.
- Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to challenge constructively while remaining supportive and aligned.
Languages
- Excellent level of French and English required (written and spoken).
