Position Summary
Prose is a certified B Corp committed to using business as a force for good. As we approach our recertification cycle (now aligned with updated standards) we are looking for a rigorous and driven B Corp & Sustainability manager intern to join our Sustainability team in Paris.
You will report to the Sr. Director of Scientific Affairs & Sustainability and work cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, Operations, People Team, Social Impact) as well as external partners and our dedicated B Lab contact.

Position Summary
Prose is a certified B Corp committed to using business as a force for good. As we approach our recertification cycle (now aligned with updated standards) we are looking for a rigorous and driven B Corp & Sustainability manager intern to join our Sustainability team in Paris.
You will report to the Sr. Director of Scientific Affairs & Sustainability and work cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, Operations, People Team, Social Impact) as well as external partners and our dedicated B Lab contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the B Corp recertification action plan: maintain the project timeline, track milestones, and ensure alignment across all workstreams and internal teams.
- Maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, People Team, Social Impact, etc.) to drive progress, collect evidence, and remove blockers.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Prose's B Lab advisor, ensuring the action plan is progressing in the right direction and meets certification requirements.
- Support the collection, organization, and documentation of evidence required for the B Impact Assessment (BIA)
- Coordinate external consultants and partners involved in the recertification process.
- Prepare regular progress reports and update sustainability KPIs
- Contribute to internal awareness efforts to mobilize teams around B Corp values and embed certification objectives into day-to-day operations.
Key Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree with a major in sustainability, ESG management, CSR, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; rigor, attention to detail, and tenacity are essential.
- Knowledge of the B Corp certification process and/or the BIA questionnaire is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams with diplomacy and pedagogy.
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in impact-driven business and sustainable transformation.
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal administrative support.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
