Team

You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for GenZ, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friend-finding and flirting chat app where GenZ can safely express themselves and connect with like-minded peers in an authentic, pressure-free environment.

Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive consumption, Wizz offers GenZ a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers. As a member of a high-performing team of 20, you'll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz, fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity.

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Creative Strategist to work with a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for Wizz and play a central role in helping turn it into a global sensation.
  • Prioritize and drive creative production for Wizz based on product and user acquisition strategy
  • Analyze your performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
  • Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams
  • Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.
  • Manage and growing a network of 100+ influencers
  • Source and discover top-performing content across social media platforms
  • Experiment with viral marketing tactics, testing unconventional approaches to maximize organic and paid reach and engagement.
  • Develop creative briefs that align with Wizz's brand identity
  • Assist with video production and editing when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with Product, User Acquisition, and Creative teams
  • Stay immersed in US Gen Z culture, including social media behavior, slang, trends, and platforms to ensure content remains culturally relevant.


Profile
  • You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
  • You've successfully led high-impact projects
  • You speak and write English fluently (Being fluent in French is a huge plus)
  • You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
