Akkodis Enterprise Architecture & AI Global Team

Design, build, tune and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents in a live multinational environment.

Akkodis is deploying a new generation of AI Copilot agents across its global operations. You will join directly at the heart of this initiative - working alongside the program lead to design, configure, fine-tune and ship agents that are used by real teams, in real workflows, across multiple countries.

In parallel, you will help refresh our Enterprise Architecture "AS-IS" picture - mapping the live solution landscape across our 30 countries and keeping our central solution repository accurate and up to date.

What You Will Do

AI Agents

- Participate to design & Build of Agents as Sales Assistant (Assist our sales for building best offers to client)

- Helps to configure & work with security for enabling Agents connectivity

- Participate to design and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Tune agent behaviour through prompt engineering and iterative testing

- Connect agents to existing systems and data sources via APIs and connectors

- Document use cases, results and deployment notes in English

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outcomes

- Participate in a fast-moving global programme with high executive visibility

EA Solutions landscape

- Update and document the current (AS-IS) solution landscape across our 30 countries

- Update and maintain the Enterprise Architecture solution repository to reflect the live landscape

Profil recherché externe

- Curious, resourceful and ability to learn fast in uncharted territory

- Business-minded - you care about outcomes, not just technical elegance

- English, written and spoken, in a professional context (mandatory)

- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations or system connectivity concepts

- Autonomous and proactive - you find solutions before asking for them

- No deep technical expertise required - the right mindset matters more (but techies mindset)

- Methodical and detail-oriented - comfortable cataloging systems and keeping a structured repository accurate
